Please read these terms carefully before you subscribe. By ticking the consent box at checkout and joining Close Rate UK, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.
1. About Close Rate UK
Close Rate UK is a paid, membership-based Discord community for UK sales professionals. Your membership gives you access to sales frameworks, objection-handling breakdowns, follow-up templates, accountability threads, and a monthly live group call (with a replay when one is recorded).
Membership is a monthly, recurring subscription. It is a community and education service. It is not a course with a fixed end point, and it is not one-to-one coaching unless we say otherwise in writing.
2. Who can join
To join, you confirm that you are:
- Aged 18 or over.
- Able to enter into a legally binding contract.
- Either resident in the UK, or responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
We can suspend or close any account where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.
3. Buying and billing
- Membership costs £39 per month for Founding Members, unless a different price is shown to you at checkout.
- You buy and manage your membership through Whop, our checkout and membership platform. Card payments are processed by Stripe on Whop’s behalf. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. After that, the same amount is charged automatically each month on your renewal date, until you cancel.
- By subscribing, you authorise these recurring monthly payments.
- Founding Member pricing is locked for as long as your membership stays active and unbroken. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price available at that time will apply. We may change prices for new members at any time, and we will tell existing members before any change affects them.
4. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel at any time through your Whop account. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Your membership then stops and you will not be charged again.
Your 14-day cancellation right. Because you buy online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to change your mind and get a refund. Close Rate UK gives you immediate access to the Discord community as soon as you join. By joining and accessing the community inside those 14 days, you ask us to start the service straight away and you accept that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once you have accessed the members-only content. If you subscribe but do not access any members-only content, you can email admin@closerateuk.co.uk within 14 days for a full refund.
Outside the 14-day right. Payments are otherwise non-refundable, including part-months after you cancel. We do not give partial refunds for time you did not use. We may still give a refund at our discretion, for example if we clearly failed to deliver the service. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
5. Community conduct and acceptable use
Close Rate UK only works if people are honest and respectful. By joining, you agree to:
- Treat other members and the founder with respect.
- Not post spam, or anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or offensive.
- Not pitch, sell to, recruit, or cold-DM other members. This is not a lead-generation space.
- Keep other people’s information confidential. Do not share client names, employer-sensitive information, or anything told to you in confidence.
- Not record, screenshot, or share live calls or private community content without permission.
- Not share, resell, or publish our frameworks, templates, or scripts outside the community.
We can issue a warning, remove content, restrict access, or permanently remove you from the community for a serious or repeated breach. Removal for a conduct breach does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Intellectual property
All frameworks, scripts, templates, breakdowns, written content, recordings, and other materials shared inside Close Rate UK are our intellectual property, or are used by us with permission. The signature frameworks, including the Pressure-Release Close, belong to Close Rate UK.
Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own sales work while you are an active member. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or use them to build a competing product or community. This licence ends when your membership ends, although you may keep using what you have genuinely learned.
Anything you post inside the community stays yours. By posting it, you give us permission to display it within the community and, with your separate consent, to share anonymised examples or testimonials.
7. No guarantees
Close Rate UK gives you frameworks, guidance, and a supportive community based on real sales experience. You accept that:
- Your sales results are your own responsibility and depend on many things outside our control.
- We do not promise any income, sales performance, job security, or specific outcome.
- Our content is for education and general guidance. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice.
8. Our responsibility to you
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for lost income, lost profit, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the total membership fees you paid us in that period.
9. Third-party platforms
Close Rate UK runs on Discord and is sold through Whop, with payments processed by Stripe. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those platforms, for their availability, or for any downtime, outage, or change they make. If one of these platforms is unavailable for a period, that alone does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Changes to the service and to these terms
The community, its channels, its schedule, and these terms may change over time. We will tell members about any material change through Discord or by email. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, that counts as accepting the updated terms. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel as set out in section 4.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please note that your Discord username, posts, and activity are visible to other members inside the community.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
